Talented or talentuous, which one is correct?

What’s the difference between « talented » and « talentuous ». Does One of them more correct (in USA) to describe someone who has talent?

  • Talented is correct. Honestly, I have never heard the word talentuous in my life. I looked it up and the only places I found it was in articles that seemed to be written in another country or for non-English speaking readers. I couldn’t find a definition so don’t know what langugage it is but we don’t use it in the U.S. that I’m aware of.

  • Talented – talentuous isn’t an actual word, to the best of my knowledge.
